Good value. Was surprised to see the disinfecting (with bleach) instructions on the bag. I understand the dangers of sprouts, which is why in the past I purchased a (much more expensive) certified organic brand that claims to test every batch for of e. coli and other pathogens. Favorite sprout for fluffy texture and light flavor.
